Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Jackson 20 Restaurant was a mix of highs and lows. The uncomfortable setting, from the presence of birds nests in the signage to the room's odor, was a downside. However, Room 233 was decent for the price paid.
Being in the charming Old Town Alexandria, the hotel was fantastic, offering relaxation and convenience for my two-night stay. The rooms were cozy, offering a quiet and comfortable ambiance. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, professional, and very attentive. The dining experience was delightful, especially at Jackson 20 for brunch. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of everything in Alexandria.
I arrived at the hotel an hour earlier than expected and was pleasantly surprised by an unexpected upgrade, complete with a lovely bottle of champagne. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, featuring a luxurious king bed and a cozy chair. Despite not being a fan of dogs and finding the parking pricey, the overall stay was great.
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms, although not immediately available due to noise from a neighboring group, were beautifully decorated and spacious. The service was super helpful, especially Darrien, although there was a slight discrepancy with the reward points promised. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, close to parks, restaurants, and shops. The dining experience was decent with traditional options available at the restaurant. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable.
